  1. What have the disciples done by the time they returned to Jesus? Where in this chapter mentioned Jesus granting them work to do?

  2. What kind of need did the disciples have after they returned?

  3. Why did the people keep following Jesus? (Matt 14:14, Luke 9:11)

  4. If you were one of the disciples and you saw so many people again, how would you feel?

  5. What did Jesus feel when he saw the crowd of people again? What made him have that kind of feeling?

  6. What proposal did the disciples present to Jesus? Do you think their proposal is a good one?

  7. Why didn’t Jesus accept their proposal? (Mark 8:1-3)

  8. Why didn’t Jesus perform the miracle right away but let the disciples solve the food problem for the people?
