  1. Why is the judgment of John the Baptist and Jesus unfair?

  2. Why did the chief priests need to send Jesus to Pilate for final judgment? (John 18:29-31)

  3. How did we perceive that Herod was kind of fearing God?

  4. How did we perceive that Pilate was kind of fearing God?

  5. Who did both judges please as they passed the final sentence? What gross mistakes have they made with regard to their conduct?

  6. Who enticed those who demanded the death of John the Baptist and Jesus? How ignorant were those who were enticed to demand their death?

  7. Why would Pilate fear the Jews? (John 19:12)

  8. How did Herod persecute the apostles after Jesus’ ascension? What was become of him in the end? (Acts 12:1-4, 19-23)
